ARE YOUR GOODS GUARANTEED?
Barbarian Sports Wear stands behind our product and all product is guaranteed against defects for one year from purchase date.
WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY?
If you wish to return a product you must first contact Customer Service. We will take back stock product within a reasonable time period. There is a 10% re-stocking fee. If this is agreeable a return authorization number will be issued and sent to you. Custom orders cannot be returned for any reason.
DO YOU OFFER DISCOUNTS FOR LARGER ORDERS?
No, there are very few efficiencies to be gained by producing large orders as our manufacturing processes are very specialized. This policy, we believe, ensures a level playing field.
HOW DO I BECOME AN AUTHORIZED DEALER?
To become an Authorized Dealer you must have a place of business whether it is a retail store or office/showroom. Barbarian Sports Wear does not supply home based businesses. If you meet this criteria, please send an email to email@example.com or please give us a call at 1-800-465-1139. While all requests are taken seriously, Barbarian Sports Wear reserves the right to limit the number of dealers in a particular market segment or geographic area.
WHAT IS YOUR SAMPLE POLICY?
We supply samples at regular cost. If it is your first time ordering for us, we will waive the normal stock order minimum of $100. We do not lend out sizing samples.
HOW CAN I PURCHASE YOUR PRODUCT IF I LIVE IN THE UK OR EUROPE?
WILL YOU SEND ME A CATALOGUE AND PRICE LIST?

No, we do not have a retail or factory outlet.

Barbarian Sports Wear does not supply teams directly. You can use our dealer locator to find an authorized dealer in your area or you can contact us at 1-800-465-1139 or firstname.lastname@example.org and we would be happy to refer you to an authorized dealer.
HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE TO PRODUCE A CUSTOM ORDER?
Delivery times vary depending on the volume of production we are experiencing. Please contact customer service for an updated and accurate timeline for the product(s) you are interested in.
IF I ADD EMBROIDERY OR NUMBERS TO A STOCK SHIRT DOES IT BECOME A CUSTOM ORDER?
In effect it does as it takes one to two weeks to complete the embroidery and/or numbering.
WHAT IS THE DIFFERENCE BETWEEN A STOCK AND CUSTOM ORDER?
Stock shirts are sold exactly as they are shown in the stock section of the website or the catalogue. Custom orders are standard Barbarian designs which are made using other colours. They can also be designs created by you.
WHAT IS THE MINIMUM QUANTITY REQUIRED FOR A CUSTOM ORDER?
The minimum order for a PRO-fit order is 18 pieces. For our cotton, casual and sublimated shirts, the minimum is 24 pieces.
